1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
2. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We ship locally within France and internationally to selected destinations. Estimated delivery times and options include:
- France (Domestic Standard): 2 – 4 Business Days (Rates calculated at checkout)
- France (Domestic Express): 1 – 2 Business Days (Rates calculated at checkout)
- European Union Standard: 3 – 7 Business Days (Rates calculated at checkout)

3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Stocoz is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, local VAT, customs clearance fees, etc.).
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please verify your delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
